We will put you first and constantly strive to improve how we work with you. If we do get things wrong, or you believe we can improve any aspect of our business from your point of view, please tell us.

So what do we offer?

  • Call us on 0800 084 2770 or email us and we will arrange to visit you at your premises and discuss your concerns and requirements.
  • We will survey your property, and match our product types to your requirements.
  • Having discussed the options we will tell you the price of your Flodam solution there and then.
  • We offer an installation package for which we charge £40.00 (inc VAT) per door guard, if you wish to install the product yourself we will quote for delivery based upon the size and weight of the order.
  • This survey visit is completely FREE OF CHARGE whether or not you decide to order.
  • If you do decide to protect your home with a Flodam solution, we will ask you to sign an order, and ask for a 20% refundable deposit.
  • We will confirm your order in writing within 14 days, issue an invoice and give you an estimated delivery date.
  • We will always try to deliver within 6 weeks of your order confirmation.
  • We will confirm your delivery date 14 days prior to delivery, at which point we will ask for the balance of your invoice.
  • We will contact you 24 hours before delivery to make sure that nothing has changed.


Maintenance Agreement

To ensure your Flodam products remain fit for purpose, even after a flooding event contact us to find out about our maintenance service available from as little as £4.70 per month.
